How do you calculate lead response time in BI Builder?

We compute the difference between lead creation time and the first qualifying activity (call, message, or status change) by the assigned user, using a dataset-level calculation. The exact definition is agreed in the KPI workshop — and we document it on the dashboard itself.

Can BI Builder show data from outside Bitrix24?

BI Builder primarily reads Bitrix24 data. For external data (ad spend, ERP revenue), we either sync it into CRM fields/SPAs via API so BI Builder can use it, or build the combined view in an external BI tool reading from both sources.

What if our CRM data is too messy for dashboards?

That is normal. Phase one of most dashboard projects is data readiness: fixing stages, making key fields mandatory, backfilling sources, and de-duplicating. A dashboard on dirty data is worse than no dashboard.

Do you build dashboards our admins can maintain?
