Which portals does PortalSync support?

Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder — both directions where portal capabilities allow: listing publication via available APIs/feeds and lead capture via API or hardened notification parsing. Portal capabilities differ; we configure the strongest connection each account supports.

Can we manage our property inventory inside Bitrix24?

Yes — that is the core design. Units live as a property SPA with your field structure (community, permit references, amenities, media). PortalSync publishes from there, and every inquiry links back to the unit, so one card shows a unit's full listing and inquiry history.

What happens when a portal changes its format?

That is what 'regularly updated' means: PortalSync is maintained against portal changes as part of the package. Sync failures alert us before your team notices, and fixes ship as product updates — not as new invoices.

Is our data safe?

How long does setup take?
