What does Tech Titan do?
We are SaaS developers and AI automation experts, and a Bitrix24 Gold Partner. We implement and customize Bitrix24, build AI-powered automation and integrations (APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp, telephony), develop custom software and portals, build BI dashboards, and run PortalSync — our two-way real estate portal sync product for UAE agencies.
Where are you located and where do you work?
Our physical office is in India, and we serve clients in the UAE, USA, India, and globally. Delivery is remote-first with structured onboarding; training and go-lives are run live online.
What makes you different from other Bitrix24 partners?

PortalSync & products
What exactly does PortalSync do?
It makes your Bitrix24 the single source of truth for UAE portals in both directions: units maintained once in CRM publish out to Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder, and every inquiry those portals generate flows back in as a structured, routed, timed lead. Three-plus years of production hardening and portal-change updates are behind it.
Can I buy PortalSync without an implementation?
PortalSync is delivered inside the real estate implementation (starting from AED 5,000), because a portal sync on a badly structured CRM creates more problems than it solves. If your Bitrix24 is already well-implemented, the audit call will confirm that and we scope a lighter installation.
How is my data protected?
Data security is PortalSync's core design principle: your listings and leads stay in your Bitrix24 portal, transfers are TLS-encrypted, credentials are least-privilege under a dedicated service account, every sync action is logged, and your data is never shared, aggregated, or monetized.
What are the support packages?
Monthly engineering plans in three tiers — Essential, Growth, Scale — covering troubleshooting, automation development, integration monitoring, reporting changes, and reviews, with defined response times and fixed monthly pricing scoped to your portal.
Pricing & engagement
How much does an implementation cost?
The complete UAE real estate implementation — Bitrix24 setup, PortalSync, WhatsApp, dashboards, training, and regular updates — starts from AED 5,000 (license separate; final price depends on team size and portal accounts). For everything else, the audit call produces a written scope with one fixed number, built on the tiers our integration cost guide publishes openly.
What is the free audit?
A working session with a senior consultant that maps your lead sources, follow-up gaps, automation opportunities, and integration options. You receive a written assessment you keep regardless of whether you engage us.
Do you bill hourly?
No. Projects are fixed-price against a written scope; support is a fixed monthly amount. If you request work beyond scope, we quote it in writing before doing it.
How long do projects take?
Real estate implementations: typically 2–4 weeks. Multi-department implementations: 4–8 weeks. Integration projects: days to several weeks depending on tier. Committed timelines are part of every scope document.

Which platforms do you work with?
Bitrix24 (cloud and on-premise) at Gold Partner depth; WhatsApp Business API providers; telephony and cloud PBX systems; Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder; Meta Lead Ads; payment gateways; Google Sheets; and custom systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
Can you migrate us from another CRM?
Yes — from spreadsheets, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and legacy systems: contacts, companies, deals, notes, and files with de-duplication and field mapping. Migration limitations (like historical activity fidelity) are stated honestly upfront.
Can you integrate a system that has no API?
Often — via structured email parsing, file bridges, or database connectors. Where a bridge is inherently fragile, we say so upfront, including what its maintenance will realistically involve.
Do you build AI automation?
Yes — AI agents inside CRM workflows: lead qualification and scoring, drafted replies for agent approval, conversation summarization onto records, and content-aware routing, deployed with the same queue, logging, and oversight discipline as our integrations.

What happens after go-live?
Every implementation includes a post-launch tuning window. Most clients continue with a monthly support package — a named team, defined response times, and a monthly improvement review, so the system gets better instead of older.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. We start with a CRM Health Audit that documents the current structure, automations, and integrations, fix urgent breakage, and support from a documented baseline.
How do you handle data security on projects?
Least-privilege service accounts, encrypted transfers, no credentials in code or logs, role-based access configured in Bitrix24, audit logging on integrations, and contractual confidentiality. Client data is never reused across projects or shared.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day. Support plan response times are defined per tier and severity in the plan itself.
