Custom telephony via REST API

When your PBX or cloud provider has no Bitrix24 app, we build the bridge: your telephony system's events (call started, answered, ended, recording ready) are sent to our middleware, which registers calls with telephony.externalcall.register, completes them with telephony.externalcall.finish, and attaches recordings. The result is indistinguishable from a native integration — popups, history, and dashboards included.
